  • Can I customize the appearance of my chatbot?
    Yes, you can pick a color theme for your chatbot to ensure it matches your brand's aesthetics. More customization options are coming soon!
  • How can I share or embed my created chatbot?
    Once you've set up your chatbot, Jigma.io provides a direct share link, a QR code, and an embed code. You can use the share link to directly share your chatbot, the QR code for print and offline sharing, and the embed code to integrate the chatbot into your website. Please navigate to the FAQs for details on how to install Jigma to various website builders.
  • How do I customize the call-to-action for the chat button?
    The chat button your users see will be the same color you select for your chat interface. You can set a custom text for the chat button in the 'Chat Button Text' section, such as "Chat With Us." More customization options coming soon!
  • Can I see a preview of my chatbot before finalizing it?
    Yes, the 'Chatbot Preview' section allows you to get a glimpse of how your chatbot setup looks. Once you're satisfied with the setup, simply scroll down to find the 'Create' button.
  • How do users request human intervention when interacting with my Jigma.io chatbot?
    If you've selected "Enable Human Assistance" in your chatbot options, your users will see a message stating they can type "Human Assistance" into the chat to speak to someone. When one of your users types "Human Assistance", you'll receive a notification, either through the Jigma Chat Manager on your browser or the Jigma app on your Android or iOS device. From there, you can easily take over the conversation by switching the toggle from AI to human, ensuring your users get the assistance they need.
  • How can I set an initial message for my chatbot?
    You can set a welcome message in the 'Set a Welcome Message' section. This message will be the first thing users see when they interact with your chatbot.
  • How are credits utilized on the Jigma platform?
    On Jigma, credits are consumed in two primary ways: during the chatbot training phase and during user interactions. Training credits are determined by the file size used for training or the length of manual input text. For user interactions, a credit is debited for each response generated by your chatbot.
  • Jigma.io accepts various file formats such as .pdf, .docx, and .txt. You can either drag & drop files directly into the designated area or enter your information manually.
    Yes, you can name your chatbot in the 'Name Your Chatbot' section. For instance, if you want to use the chatbot for customer support, you might name it "My Customer Assistant." If you want your chatbot to refer to itself by a certain name, you need to specify it in the "custom personality" section.
  • How can I create or modify a chatbot on Jigma.io?
    To create or modify a chatbot, navigate to the 'Create or Modify a Chatbot' section. Here, you can either create a new chatbot or delete an existing one.
  • How can I install my Jigma chatbot on my Blogger website?
    From your Blogger dashboard, go to "Layout". Click "Add a Gadget" where you want to add the chatbot, usually in the sidebar or footer. Select the "HTML/JavaScript" gadget from the list. Paste your Jigma embed code in the content section. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
  • How can I install my Jigma chatbot on my Webflow website?
    From your project settings, go to the "Custom Code" section. Paste your Jigma embed code in the "Head Code" or "Footer Code" section, as per your preference. Click "Save Changes", then publish your project to see your chatbot live.
  • How can I install my Jigma chatbot on my WordPress website?
    Note: Different WordPress themes might have unique settings or options. If the below steps don't work for your theme, you may want to check the theme's documentation or contact the theme developer for assistance with adding custom code. From your dashboard, go to "Appearance" and then "Widgets". Add a new widget to your desired widget area. Use a "Custom HTML" widget to paste your Jigma embed code. Save your widget.
  • How can I install my Jigma chatbot on my Weebly website?
    From the dashboard, go to "Settings" then "SEO". Scroll down to the "Header Code" section. Paste your Jigma embed code into the "Header Code" box. Click "Save" and then "Publish" to apply the changes.
  • How can I install my Jigma chatbot on my Shopify website?
    From your Shopify admin, go to "Online Store" then "Themes". Click on "Actions", then "Edit Code". Under the "Layout" directory, click on "theme.liquid" to open the file in the online code editor. Paste your Jigma embed code where you want the chatbot to appear, usually before the closing body tag. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
  • How can I install my Jigma chatbot on my Wix website?
    Navigate to your site dashboard. Under settings, go to "Custom Code". Click on the "Add Custom Code" button. Paste your embed code into the designated field. Name your custom code. Select the pages where you'd like your chatbot to appear. Alternatively, you can also add the code directly from the Wix editor: In your Wix Editor, click on "Add Elements". Select "Embed Code" from the options. Click on "Popular Embeds" and choose "Embed HTML" to add a code snippet. Paste your Jigma embed code and set it up on your desired site pages
  • How can I install my Jigma chatbot on my GoDaddy website?
    First, log in to your GoDaddy account and select the website you want to edit​. Navigate to "Websites + Marketing" and select "Manage" next to your website to open your site. Select "Edit Website" or "Edit Site" to open the website builder​. Go to the specific page and area of your website where you want to insert the Jigma chatbot code. Click on "Add a Section" in this area, then search for the "HTML" section​. Select "Add" to create a new HTML section. Paste or write your Jigma embed code into the "Custom Code" field​. Customize the rest of the section as desired, such as adjusting the alignment or adding a title. Once done, click "Save" or "Publish" to apply the changes to your website.

    From your Home Menu, go to "Settings", then "Advanced", and then "Code Injection". Paste your Jigma embed code into the Header or Footer section as desired. Click "Save" to apply your changes.
  • I noticed an offensive or harmful output from a Jigma.io chatbot. Who is accountable?
    While we strive to offer a platform that encourages positive and constructive use, we cannot monitor or control every chatbot's interactions. The creator of the chatbot is accountable for its outputs. If you encounter any offensive or harmful content, please report it to us, and we will take appropriate action.

  • What are the acceptable use policies for creating chatbots on Jigma.io?
    Users of Jigma.io must ensure that chatbots are created for legitimate and ethical purposes only. The use of our platform for malicious intents, including but not limited to spreading misinformation, harassment, promoting hate speech, or engaging in illegal activities, is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms can result in immediate suspension or termination of the user's account.
  • Are there any restrictions on the type of content I can train my chatbot with on Jigma.io?
    Yes, users are prohibited from training their chatbots with content that promotes hate, discrimination, violence, or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to review and remove such content from our platform and take action against users who violate these guidelines.
