FAQ
On Jigma, credits are consumed in two primary ways: during the chatbot training phase and during user interactions. Training credits are determined by the file size used for training or the length of manual input text. For user interactions, a credit is debited for each response generated by your chatbot.
If you've selected "Enable Human Assistance" in your chatbot options, your users will see a message stating they can type "Human Assistance" into the chat to speak to someone. When one of your users types "Human Assistance", you'll receive a notification, either through the Jigma Chat Manager on your browser or the Jigma app on your Android or iOS device. From there, you can easily take over the conversation by switching the toggle from AI to human, ensuring your users get the assistance they need.
Once you've set up your chatbot, Jigma.io provides a direct share link, a QR code, and an embed code. You can use the share link to directly share your chatbot, the QR code for print and offline sharing, and the embed code to integrate the chatbot into your website. Please navigate to the FAQs for details on how to install Jigma to various website builders.
